Offering Design Assist to help in the manufacturing process is one of our leading capabilities. Combining technology with our extensive experience in the metal fabricating industry enables us to create an efficient fabricating process while continuing to implement industry best practices on every project we undertake.

While we love the efficiency of Design Assist, it has also become a favorite with our customers. We have a greater understanding of the intricacies of each project, but it is also useful for indicating any potential "problem" areas or concerns in the manufacturing process early on. That saves us all time and money.

Sheet metal bending is one of the services we have offered our clients from the time Tradeline first started in the metal fabrication industry over 25 years ago. We have expanded and modernized our machinery to enhance our quality and speed in the face of a constantly shifting market and demand.​

Our machines handle a wide variety of product requirements with a current maximum length of 10 feet.

Laser cutting is used to produce high-quality metal edges on custom components. It is well known for its extremely accurate cutting capabilities. We use laser cutting to produce complicated and complex metal fabrications.

We use laser cutting for custom-designed fabrication about 95% of the time. It offers us the speed and efficiency that are essential in today's rapidly evolving environment.

Manufacturing many metal components will require welding at some level. Welding can be done manually or robotically. It remains one of the primary steps in the metal manufacturing process.

Sheet metal rolling requires precision to ensure proper thickness and uniform sides for each project. At Tradeline, we provide a broad range of sheet metal rolling capabilities custom-designed to meet each project's unique requirements.

Our expert operators can roll thin gauge sheet metal or heavy plate metal with precision. We have the capacity to roll aluminum, stainless steel, cor-ten, carbon steel, and other materials. Metal rolling is an exact art and requires both the right equipment and expertise to get an ideal curvature.
